The best hot chocolate challenge!

I have decided to find out where you can get "THE BEST" hot chocolate ever! I may never be able to beat the cup of melted chocolate we were given at the Cadbury's factory, (the most heavenly taste ever) but I am not disheartened, I will not let the memory get me down!
